So I sat down to make another installment in my Naruto/Walking Dead crossover series, and I ended up doing this instead. Funny how the creative process works sometimes.
Anyway, I had LOADS and LOADS of fun painting this. Really. I don't think I've ever finished something so realistic in such a short amount of time (took about 15-17 hours). I just went crazy with my texture brushes. You should have seen me. It was insane I've actually been meaning to paint this for a while now, only just now got around to doing it.
I took the poses and background from a screenshot for Tom Cruise's movie Vanilla Sky. I came across this scene and immediately thought of Finniss
I'm really proud of...well, everything, lol (seriously, this is the most realistic piece I've ever done) but especially of Finnick's hair and the lamp and cup/plate on the table. I don't know why. Hmm...

This piece of work is the reason why I decided to REALLY log in DevianArt for the first time ever, after subscribing ages ago.
I have to say how wonderful it is and put it somewhere I will easily find it : my favorites.
THANK YOU very much for sharing. It's not only beautiful and realistic, it's just perfectly them (Gosh, that smile/grin on Finnick's face and the look of Katniss *^*). And their hair look stunning as well. I'm not gonna comment on all the little things that are amazing though, or I'll end up writing a book. I should stop here !

Katniss is bad-ass with a bow and arrows, while Finnick can murder you with his trident with in less than 30 seconds. Peeta and Annie are so, so cute they would not stand a chance with out Katniss and Finnick in the Hunger Games. (I mean the games not the movie/books)

Yeah they really are! FinnickxAnnie and KatnissxPeeta are kind of mirrors of each other when you think about it, like Finnick is strong for Annie and Katniss is strong for Peeta. Their relationships make sense in that aspect, but I'll always be pro Finniss 
And what do you mean in the games and not the books/movies? Is there actually a Hunger Games game I don't know about??
