I think Tamlen is saying something along the lines of ''look at me I'm a stupd Shemlen''(stomp stomp stomp)I also think Link might have been his childhood idol hmmmm
Anyhoo, just my Dalish elf in child form mucking about with Tamlen, who has no tattoos cause I forget what they look like.
I'm not sure if its all done the way I want, but I havnt uploaded in forever, and since Dragon Age has seemingly consumed my life I figured I should at least churn out some shoddy artwork to show my appreciation
Dragon Age of course belongs to Bioware.....I think they have my soul now too.

I was about to make a fem dalish but I figured there is too many female dalish elf companions (Merrill, Velanna, ariane) still tamlen and my warden are bros and where probably this silly as kids....then evolved into troublemakers

Dalish was my first and favourite Origin, even though I didnt exactly give her a happy ending

Don't worry about not putting on Tamlen's vallaslin (the tattoos).
Dalish children don't get there tattoos until there a certain age, if they cry out in pain during the process there deemed to weak and have to wait until there deemed ready again or if the Keeper says there not ready yet.
So there no big deal about this as we don't know when Tamlen might have gotten his vallaslin.

Dalish Elf Origin is awesome. Exept when Tamlen dies and (in my case) PC gets conscripted... I normally a am all 'I MISS DUNCAN TOOOOO" on my charecters. Lyna is all "He got what he deserved." I think she holds a grudge because of Tamlen. Lyna and Tamlen would have probably gotten into trouble, mudfights, and halla pens to have fun instead of stomping around like ogres.

I did enjoy the Dalish origin most, and I'm most fond of my little Dalish lady
And thats an understandable path to take with Duncan, I can easily see a grudge being held for such a loss.

I know, I only felt angry at Jowan after the mage origin, but with Tamlen it was just unfair, poor lad. As if what happened to him the origin wasn't bad enough.....

Daww I know, me too a little, he was pretty cool. It'd be quite a shock to lose a childhood friend in such a way. Maybe be not as tragic as some origins, but it still holds it own in a way.
