Description
This was done back in mid 2007 and is based on the Demon Shredder who appeared in the more recent ninja turtles cartoon which was airing at the time. He was a new and interesting take on the already-established Shredder character... only problem was that he spent too much time telling everyone how badass he was.You can see the other Shredder's I've painted here:
