I went out on a dive once...without my camera because I couldn't get the strobes working... and a large school of juvenile mantas came and played in our bubbles for almost the entire dive. It was AMAZING! One of the guys counted up to 27 and gave up, so there were definitely more than that.

I was so irritated that I'd left my camera...though if I'd had it I probably would have gotten so caught up in taking photos that I wouldn't have enjoyed the magic of the moment. Anyway, it was an incredible experience!
