Solomon Sanbourn wasn't the kind of person to consider himself worthy of much, despite his status as Minister of Ambrotos. He was at his happiest when he was helping others, which lent itself well to easing troubled Newcomers into the Sybalian way of life. One such Newcomer who was particularly troubled was Tisiphone Furia . With Solomon's patient guidance, and his Powerful words, he steered her off of a destructive path and the two of them found mutual solace in each other's company. Confidence turned into genuine fondness that strengthened over the years to come.

Then, abruptly, everything ended.
Solomon withdrew, cast her out. Built up walls and barbs and desperate shelter with no explanation. When his crimes were uncovered, and his sentence declared, his name and his associates were dragged through the mud. No one had a straight answer for Tisiphone. No one could explain why Solomon had done what he did. Why he became someone entirely unlike the man Tisi had come to know. And all the cracks came back with a vengeance.

It took over three centuries to finally find answers . But it was too little, too late.

Lil Trivia: You can juuuuust barely see on his raised hand— Solomon's Mark of Ministry was on the inside of his left wrist!

This is a pretty old sketch, actually! The Tisi/Solomon ship was something Meri and I developed a loooong time ago, but plots are stirring, and it's high time we paint the full picture.
