It's a classical, fast paced composition communicating-well of course- fear, terror, anxiety, etcetera, since in my opinion, a moment of fear and terror, as you say,
has to have this view of something running, or being chased, or simply having to hear your heart palpitating like hell...er- that kind of scene. *smiles* which in turn must have a rapid tempo in terms of sound.
I just don't like having music with lyrics in these kind of times since everything is already in the melody, and there's no need for an explanation or a story-telling-sort-of-thing
just to have the music speak to you. feeling and the sounds are the words itself, that's why i chose classical. I hope you get my point. *grins*

Ahem, furthermore, using a stringed instrument of the violin family,the Cello named gallow ^^, which is has a full deep sound, will give a more chilling uhh-sensation?
or rather mood, or aura, or ambiance- whatever that word is, *clears throat* to clearly convey what the piece, or me-the composer- is trying to tell.'

it's a trad! XD SLASH digital.XD photoshop is good.XD
used some gouache for colouring (since there were no acrylic sets left) and some super duper fine pigment liner/felt tips? for the lineart HERE
i'd rather submit the lineart though...i hate the coloured output
cobweb brushes by *redheadstock

CONCEPT STORY
whew...that's what you get for having your stylus broken.XD thankfully the deadline was extended or i would've either taken the whole night up or not submitting the entry. XD waaii~
oh, and i think that answer is long...o___o, OTL ahahaa XP now i really need that new replacement pen for the ocbz team brawl XP i can't trad that since it'll really take a huge part of my time. xP

lol so like, this really isn't my original concept. the first concept i thought of-and actually started- was meg with a piano with a sort of lonesome background etc~ but then yeah, i broke my stylus, my ever so amazing stylus, sooo...i changed the whole concept to something easier that i can do using trads.XD i mean, that sort of thing which'll keep me away from mistakes lulz. XD that's what i hate about trads,XD it's scary XP you can't undo your stuff OTL.

BOOKSTORE STORY
OH YEAH i was forced to buy an amazing white marker! YAY! XD go white markers~ uhu~ uhu~ XD *dance*

stupid "national bookstore" employees...last time i went there to get some new pigment liners since my stocks here are all depleted...but they're still useable in a way.XD ahem, yeah,
then i asked one girl if they have pigment liners ans she said no, so i left all depressed. TAT then i went there again to find some white markers cuz' i saw a mobile ad about the
ARTLINE ALL PURPOSE MARKER while my dad was driving me to school, so yeah, national bookstore pens section again. i asked, again, another girl if they have white markers/pens and she sez' no.
i hate that, really, so i stayed on that place for a while hoping to get my eyes spot any unusual pens that could possibly be a white marker and voila, i saw this yellow coloured pen with white linings so i thought "this are white markers for sure!"
and then unexpectedly, below the rack of those markers were pigment liners AHHHHH!! >A< and there were LOTS of em. crap. XP so i asked the same girl again, to get me those yellow coloured markers which are white, but then she ignored me!
i called to her the second time...and the third time...but still she's ignoring me. GAH, stupid biatch. >.> then there's this another employee who went inside the counter and asked me what was i needing then there! i got hold of those amazing white markers at last! wooot~
if i only got the name of that biatch, i'd report her to the management. >A<
