You've got nice compositions and ideas.
I believe you really just need practicing. You manage colors nicely, too. That's an issue I see in a lotta people, but you don't seem to have it. If you keep on practicing, mainly from photographs and/or live models, which I believe is more of your style, you'll get better fast.
