I went primal, which is like elemental---nice cc and as much aoe as you could want. More, unless you're playing on easy.

it's a sort of standard robe you can run into in-game, there's at least 4 of them with the same model/different colors. Most of the fan art I've seen with mages are wearing this costume, so it seems quite popular. ^^

Nice PC! I'm so jealous you can actually see the eye colour on yours ... my computer's graphics card sucks so pretty much all the characters eyes are black on mine

That's pretty much what I had to do too. And I had to delete a bunch of other games I had to make room for this one ... hopefully I'll be getting a new graphics card and add some more RAM memory though so ... fingers crossed.

haha!! kinda... I freaked out at the almost-end and couldn't decide what to do; spoiled all the endings for myself kind of by accident >_> ...so not technically--I have a save riiiight before the end. xD

I went mostly primal, too - Cone of Cold + Fireball = utter devastation. I went for an arcane warrior too, so I mostly got to wander around in armor and with a sweet sword.

Yeah, I hardly did - don't think I even invested in them. Sword is awesome, though I get annoyed by how it slows down the spell-casting at times when the PC randomly sheaths / unsheaths it.

ohhhh hmmm. Hmmm. I went through like two or three sets that were that same armor but different colors... now where were they?? I know one of them (green one) dropped at the end of the slaver quest in the Alienage (it's the one I have equipped at the end), but I don't recall where I picked up the yellow one. >_>
I had it for most of the game though, so it must have been early on... in the Mage Tower, maybe? I did that place first.

I believe there's the 'Archon Robes' or something that you can pick up during the Circle of Magi quest - just check out all the rooms just before Sloth, one of the blood mages should have it.

Sweet. Thanks for the tip. I just found a red set from the slavetrader in denerim after the landsmeet last night...but the games almost over now, so i guess I'll have to start another game to enjoy them more! thanks again!

There's also a couple of sets in the magic shop in Denerim, what was it called, Wonders of Thedas?... But pricey.
