started this awhile back and almost forgot about it! kinda just wanted to play with color OKAY AND PLAY DRESS-UP SOME MORE so I didn't get into too much detail... but I maaay come back and work on it some more... if a bunch of other things don't distract me, first.
Edwin circa ToB in the Robes of the Evil Archmagi.

I actually have a terrible problem drawing people consistently haha (I try to prioritize each piece looking good itself vs matching other ones, which is way too stressful

that's a good way to do it, making each piece work over trying too much to make the characters always look the same. despite it, this character in particular seems very consistent each time you draw him, given that I can even tell which pics are him from the thumbnails in your gallery. just the overall facial structure seems really close each time. quite a feat I think! when I used to draw comics, that was the hardest thing for me (and still is, just with painting... i usually give characters some reason distinguishing feature just to help people tell them apart

hehe I totally got inspired by your comment about the Sith robes, although somehow I ended up just using the hood style. I'm not sure what happened; I think I was trying to make it more adventure-y/practical or something. Might have to go back to the drawing board again. ;D but still: thanks! ^^

To be fair, I always give Edwin those, and keep the Robes of the Good Archmagi for myself. Pretty interesting, I always manage to do both games with an entirely mixed theme of alignments:
Me: (Mage, good), Edwin (Mage, evil), Viconia (Cleric, evil), Minsc (Ranger, good), Jaheira (Druid, good) and Yoshimo (bounty hunter, can't remember
And not one of them ever turns on the other for some reason!

Okay, Bioware did a great job with ALL of the characters, to be sure, but yeahhh you really ought to spice it up even more including some of the evil ones, regardless of your PC alignment. Why deprive yourself? 
(Yoshimo is TN IIRC ... and so is Jaheira, actually--since she is a druid--but I think one of the game tweaks/fixes mod changed her to 'NG' since it fits her personality/how she acts better.)
