Actually, the "4" is intended to be an nod to her brief tenure as a member of the
Fantastic Four(Her suit is designed to be sort of a bikini version of the Fantastic Four uniform).
In reality, She-Hulk would always win any contest, due to her superior strength, beauty,
and because the judges would be too scared to give her anything less than 1st place.

I realize I didn't exactly present it in such a fashion but I knew she was a member of the Fantastic Four briefly, that the bikini resembles the 4 uniform, that that's what the 4 really is 4; however, I'm not sure that tha She-Hulk or Jennifer Walters would want to win any contest(unless meybe it was a fight)through fear/intimidation!!
