A4 Graphite drawing done on Daler Rowney fine grain heavyweight cartridge paper with Faber-Castell 9000 series graphite pencils.Darcy was an ex-racehorse that I once worked with a few years ago, unfortunately he passed away back in 2014. The reference photo that I used for this piece is from a photo that I took of him while I was grooming for the owner at a showing competition. The photograph captured his personality perfectly.
