It's only the lower part. My ref didn't have all of Jared's face. I think that's what I really liked about it.
There will be more full faced drawings/paintins of him in the future. ;]

Similar to whenever Sam decided he was going to go off on his own. It's like "Sam, don't you dare!!" *he goes off on his own like five minutes.* "Damn it, Sammy!! You go back you your brother!!"
There's so many more "Damn it, Sam" moments that for Dean or Cas, at least for me. I think I more often end up saying "Oh, Dean, no." something like that.
