First of all, let me state that I really like this picture. I adore high contrast black and whites. You did a wonderful job emphasizing textures in this shot and I love the softness of the darker shades of gray. I also like how the light tones at the top migrate to being darker at the bottom.
In terms of suggestions on how to improve this image, I might consider cropping the sides and letting the boards of the door extend all the way past the edges of the frame. I feel that this might allow the patterns to really stand out. My eyes naturally turn to the framing of the exterior of the door and I'd rather keep my attention solely on the patterns inherent in the piece. I also might suggest either cropping a little bit off either the top or the bottom in order to not have the door be in the exact center of the piece. I think if you cropped the bottom, it might act to ground the piece.
