This is very interesting, so here's what I would change.
I like the eyes, except for the orange balls, they don't have any depth or shading and they make the drawing less realistic (for lack of a better term).
Her left shoulder disappears.
The shadows under her breasts should be smoother.
For some reason her tattoos have shadows.
The hair on the left side of her head, near her neck and shoulder should be darker.

I hope you do not mind some criticism. I like that you're not afraid of bright colours, but blue hood looks kind of boring. The background is well-planned, but it lacks depth. Red and green look as if it was one single colour used, moreover it is too saturated. I'd suggest using various tones both in darkness and saturation.

Looking good! I would suggest making the sharpness and level of detail of the rest of the picture match her face and tattoos though. He chest for example looks a bit unfinished in comparison.
