Absence of God is one of the first paintings that we noticed that there was something special about the artwork of ENA. This is the original acrylic liquid pour that influenced her to paint another 300 over the next 2 years. No paint brush or any other artistic tools were used to create this painting... and there is an interesting story that goes with it. The short version is that she painted this and another painting at the same time and the temp dropped on her then she ran out of paint. She came in from her studio disappointed claiming she would just start over the following day. The next say came and she found her painting in this condition. She started crying and threw it into the trash. Ena being a devout Christian did not like seeing what was on the canvas. Her husband spent the next 8 hours with a magnifying glass and could not believe what he found within the painting.
