I want to say something more than "Thanks" because it seems like such an automated response. And I don't like just not saying anything either so I get stuck.

First you have to be a Premium Member, which means you have to pay for a subscription. Then you just copy the thumbnail code which is :thumb171947533: into your journal or any of the other boxes that allow for text on your page.
