I love the fact that they offer the closest thing to pencil shading with pen... but boy does it need a lot of patience!! Maybe I should get the $0.30 pens instead of the $0.06 next time ... might be easier on my fingers!! lol

Hmm... I think there might be a science to this!! I've been sketching with these things in the last few days...(mostly awful sketch dumps) looks like pencil but doesn't get blurry over time... I think its well worth experimenting with a while longer... I'll find some with cushy finger grips next!!

My early drawings (age 8 to 13, when I started to have intrest in making art) were all made with ballpoint pens. Now I hate to use them to draw, for some reason. =0

Lol!!! I totally understand... to this day I can't eat a plain ham and cheese sandwich (12 years of lunchboxes) ....... but the whole ballpoint pen exploration has been a very recent resurgence, I had been avoiding the humble writing utensil for years do to its role in my childhood home works.
