This is lovely, I have this photoshop version too and still to this day i love to play around with the awesome brushes and settings. This is beautiful cause its low in details but high in mood, really great job!

That's abstract. And pretty.
The colours, yellow on blue (and shades thereof going into green), work really well together. And I like the composition. Yellow parts in the top and in the bottom.
What's less clear is what's actually going on. But that's the thing about abstract art, right? I'll try anyway. From the darkness in the top, I'm guessing it's night, making the circle the moon. There's a big reflection on the bottom, so together with the way the lines are drawn, I think that's water (another hint is that the stars can also be found in the water - but why is their reflection so much clearer than the moon's?). And there are clouds around the moon, partially also reflecting the light, stars below the clouds. Since the top is dark, I have to assume those are dense clouds covering the sky.
Now that I look at it that way, I sense a certain motion from left to right as well as from the from of the left, where some of the clouds seem to originate, to the back of the right, where the clouds journey into the endless sky.
The only thing left to say is that the bottom looks a bit messier than the rest. The top seems to be most defined.
