Garchomp isn't invincible because he becomes slower so even more ice types could check him, blaziken is still not untouchable and actually does more damage with a life orb... however, mewtwo definitely didn't need one, his attack beats deoxys-A and unlike him, he can take a hit, so he could have twice as many chances to hit while doing more damage with each hit... most megas are still counterable and you could always fight fire with fire... or in this case, when the foe uses an overpowered mega, use your own overpowered mega...
As for this, the art and idea is great, I almost pictured it sort of like this, maybe slight differences on the placement of colors, I think dewgong should increase in most stats with no drawbacks in reduced stats and gain adaptability to run hydropump and freeze dry, which, it should get, but doesn't yet get freeze dry yet. :3

Good art. But I don't like mega's as Pokemon has always had 3 evos and never further and now their doing mega evos with power ring why are they turning into digimon their own rip off.

Mega Evolutions are not Evolutions. It is PokΓ©mon releasing their stored power and energy to transform into a new form of itself for a period of time, it cannot be permanent so therefore it is not a evolutions more of a form. And how else would they Mega evolve? Throw a Pop-tart at them?

Its a me thing mega evos just bug me to the core.

Eh, I can see how it bugs people. The only thing that bugs me is them giving Pokemon who are perfect for getting an evolution, and then they ruin that chance with a Mega Evo. Such as Absol, Banette, Pinsir, and Mawile. And also for the Pokemon that were already OP and now their mega makes them just invincible (Blaziken, Garchomp, and Mewtwo)
