I do enjoy the concept. Aswell big + is composition, and hmm in some way minimalism of symbols. I would saturate a colours a lil bit ;]

I think it's a very well worked out concept. it's an image with a lot of depth and working forms, undefined shapes and elements such as fire or water, is not easy. you did a great job.

Nice. I see it as a personal hell but it reminds me more of that bit in Constantine where you see Keanu Reeves smoking on the chair in that woman's apartment. This could be like a few seconds before that picture.

Excellent composition!
In terms of the over all piece, it is really well put together. If I were to get extremely knit picky, I could say that as you look at the image, on the left arm, it looks like the fire is actually burning the skin to a white color which looks awesome. I'd love to see that same balance on the other side. The other thing would be a matter of personal preference but I also know it's hard to do and that is to show more of the base of the stand as it goes into the bottom of the image.
As I said though, it's an impressive piece and very very well blended and textured
