Oh poor Japan! He does love his fish! and i guess you kinda got this but Japan isn't in River Clan. He's in Thunder Clan(only because I wanted to do a comic about him and the whole NO FISH FOR YOU! thing with river Clan). here are the characters and what clans they are in:America: Thunder Clan
England: Thunder Clan
Canada: Thunder Clan
China: Thunder Clan
Japan: Thunder Clan
Sealand: Loner first, then joins thunder Clan(as a kit)
Italy:Wind Clan
Romano: Wind Clan
Austria: Wind Clan
Hungary: Wind Clan
Spain: River Clan
France: River Clan
Switzerland: River Clan
Liechtenstein: Loner first, then Joins river clan (as Apprentice)
Germany: Shadow Clan
Prussia: Shadow Clan
Russia: Shadow Clan
Ukraine: Loner first, then Joins Shadow Clan
Belarus: Rouge, Attempted to join Shadow Clan. Was taped to a long distance firework by America, England, Russia, China, and Hong Kong and was shot out of Clan territory(current location unknown).
Hong Kong: Rouge, hangs around the empty field in thunder Clan territory and outside the Clans' territories to shoot off fireworks.
Poland: Loner/kittypet
Greece: Greece Clan (just outside of River Clan and Wind Clan Territories), Leader.
Sweeden: Tribe of Rushing Water
Finland: Tribe of Rushing Water
every one else is a Rouge, Loner, or Kittypet, and do not show up until the final battle.

When I came up with it I based it on what kind of land scape each country has. America and Canada have Forrests mostly like thunder clan territory.
Italy has mostly hilly areas like wind clan. Germany and russia have pine Forests. France and Spain have wooded areas, but rely on there bays for the most part. The Nordics have a lot of mountains and cold weather so I chose the tribe of rushing water. The rest I filled in based on who their allies were and what clan I think fit their personality the most.
