Description Inspired by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom trailer in the scene where people were discussing whether to protect the Dinosaurs or let them die, I did a similar one with Godzilla. We all know Godzilla is known to be both a protector and a destroyer. Yet despite his destrutive power, Godzilla is also a living being. You could say it's a conflict when describing Godzilla.

Godzilla belongs to Toho.

They should’ve talked about Godzilla and his past before he became so destructive.

We have the right to defend ourselves from wolves and bears. If a Giant lizard kills millions, and we have the means to fight back in any way, so be it.

G-Dog never does anything without rhyme of reason. He is a force nature. Should we expect a hurricane to pay for its damages? Or a tornado? Earthquake? Volcano? Flood? No. He simply is. Just accept it.

Don't harm him! He's not a monster. He's a living creature that wants nothing more than what we do...to live.

It was man who made Godzilla what he is. All the death and destruction from Godzilla...we brought that down on ourselves. It just goes to show you how dangerous the lust for knowledge and power can be.

AND...time and time again, we've seen how helpful he can be.

Godzilla never asked to be what he is. Man's arrogance and abuse with nuclear energy is what created Godzilla. If anything, man fails to acknowledge that Godzilla is an animal trying to live and man is paying for our mistakes.

I really liked this idea because Godzilla is a new species on earth and he might be only one of his kind, so....should we let Godzilla lived, just like other endanger species or should we kill him for all the deaths and destruction that he done?

Also I did watch Godzilla Planet of the Monsters, I thought it was pretty good.

This is a very good thing you made. One that draws upon a very interesting bit of philosophy many have thought about. While, personally, he should in some way have some manner of consequences for the INNOCENT lives he took, Godzilla should not be wholly blamed for his actions. Everything he does is because we tried to hurt him, or we DID hurt him somehow. Some times, humanity attacks him without provocation because they fear him - and he retaliates, like any of US would if something similar happened to us. But most often, he causes destruction by incident: because he's far too large to walk safely through a city without causing harm. All because we managed to create the one source of fuel, and nourishment he needs to exist. And most of all: he can sense when we humans have done something to harm our own world. Something born of our hubris, and arrogance which deems we have the right to do it as much as we please. So he destroys the source so we learn what the consequences of our actions are. People simply need to take a hint, and do the necessary things to make sure he DOESN'T see us as enemies, and so we can live in peace, and harmony with the king.

No! Godzilla is a living creature who only wants what we want...to live! That "death and destruction" you speak of...we brought it down on ourselves. Too high are our lusts for knowledge and power...which cause us to forget or completely ignore the fact that some things are not meant to be known by man.

Nicely done putting the quotes in there. The Question of whether or not Godzilla deserves to live is an interesting debate but there is one thing, He's seemingly unkillable. XD Well depending on which version we're talking about of course.
