this is a quick tutorial i drew up on the BASICS of making a pixel art building.hope you like it, i couldnt be bothered to make the tutorial fancy coz i didnt have the time.

Now theres a usefull tutorial finally. Good job! Definatly cleared up stuff for me. I wish i had a auto grid maker etc heh.

at the time i was working more on the actual light DIRECTION not the actual 3d position...
eheh...
i was f***** for time so i had to do it quick as possible, ill make a bigger better one next time - promise

Shouldn't your light source, being the sun, come from above? meaning the roof on the building would be a lot lighter than the side that is currently the lightest one.
Nice tutorial with all the grid stuff, but please people NO TEXTURES DONE WITH PHOTOSHOP. Paint is the true pixellists tool.
