Hm...well, I loosely based it on a tutorial...that I can't find anymore...
Basically, I just used my tablet and went kind of crazy, and then I lightly used the dodge tool to add a bit more highlights. Just make sure that you use different colours
That's all I can say, really.

well the hair is really well done, as well for the skin and the clothes, the only things that turned out weird (in my opinion) are his eyes ...

but on the whole it's a very good pic I think 8D *favs*

yeah, I tried actually making large eyes for him but it just didn't work for some...odd...reason...

I agree with you, the eyes make him look like someone shined a laser pointer in his eye or something, he's squinting too much XD
