First of all, I like your picture very much. It is breathtaking in its way.
The focus is on the path, which fits to the title very nicely.
I like the colors in it, they create a warm and comfortable feeling of autumn.
The shadows of the trees bearing relation to the road are contrasting each other which catches the attention.
You blurred the right and upper border of the picture - this creates a feeling of velocity. It seems as if this road is a road to a secret place, a place no one has seen yet.
Plus, the blur intensifies the impression of volatility of autumn.
I don't want to leave my eyes from that picture!
I only have one point of critique.
Maybe you could have done better if you blurred it not that much. The branches of the trees in the upper left corner are completely hazy and maybe it would have been better if it was not so.
All in all: A very nice photograph!

This looks very similar to a tilt-shift photograph because of how there's blur at a weird angle in the photo.

I love this photo! It really captures the beauty of autumn on a clear sunny day. I wish that my daily route about town would take me down such roads. You really capture this feeling of escapism with me. I want to escape into this photograph. It pulls me and doesn't let go. <3 <3 <3
