This is judge Claude Frollo from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame, one of my favourite villains ever. I drew him a little bit differently from the Disney version, just because I wanted to put my own style
I love that scene, I think the lyrics of Frollo's song are the most powerful and controversial of the movie. || FULL VIEW PLEASE ||
I apologize for the lineart and the crappy fire effect but seriously, I am a newbie at this and I'm trying my best to improve.

Haha. I hadn't seen Notre Dame since I was about six, then I watched it the other night. I swear that Notre Dame is Disney's most sexual movie.
Frollo is also up there in my best villains list :} Plus, Hell Fire is veeeery catchy.

Beautiful work! Your slight lateration of Frollo's character design is really striking, and it adds to the power of your picture. The firey background is wonderful, too.
And I can only agree with you about Frollo - he's not a conventional Disney villain by a long shot. Unlike Scar or Jafar, or whoever, he doesn't mean to be evil - he just turns out to be through personal misconception. And "Hellfire" is just one of the best Disney songs ever. It gave me so much more respect for Disney to see them tackle such a subject, and do it so well, too.
