It was a bit of trouble trying to find Mons that could fit the design of Cybermen. The Elekid line is bipedal and had antennae do that was good enough for me.

It’s rumored that an Elekid was severely injured and restored by a mad scientist using technology. It barely resembles the Elekid it once was and is far more sinister. Whatever happened to it during the process had taken away all emotion and gave it the ability to convert others of its evolution line to the same as itself. If you see an Elekid, Electabuzz, or Electivire that resembles these forms, do not engage. One-touch can paralyze any foe, and they have the ability to Project destructive beams of lightning for range. It’s even rumored they will take other pokemon and use their parts to convert to more of their kind.
