I think its day, just the way the light is coming down. I love the blue and purple tones, they go with the piece quite nicely.

Yeah, i mean there is nothing wrong with frames, this one is just a little too wide, 'course, I'm kinda into delicate stuff so i'm a little biased. Maybe get another opinion on that?
