Ah, love is in the air tonight...I wanted to try to do something nice for a very talented artist.
Unfortunately, I don't think I did justice to her character Marina Seadrift as some of you can see...
The size proportion between them is way off...I'm sorry to say that I am an amateur at trying to draw humans. Any way, I just thought that it would be something nice to do for her.

The problem is an OC isn't real, it's fake it's like putting a character with air. And i find it sad everyone seems to have the nerve to need to pair someone up romantically, that's why i don't bother reading them cause all of the oc stories i read were just sad and not even worth my time. I mean even if i don't write much of like jim/silver, i would love to see a bonding between the two of them. cause that's what the movie's about not people who need to put there own fantasies in a fan fiction.

I can see where your coming from. True, an OC is not real...however, an OC can be created just like animators create characters. After their creators have spent a lot of time deciding how their character should act, think, etc, the OC becomes "real" to them. Depending on level of realism, I think others can understand if the character "feels real" rather than just being a plain, boring, personality.
But I am well aware that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I know i just it dosen't show there relationship at all, jim and silver and this movie isen't meant for romance it's an adventure thing so people do it cause there fan girls and that's one thing i can't stand.

i just i see them together plus the fact that like, i've seen OC's so much this is a movie supose to be about the bond of those two and instead it's like oh i gota pair up oc characters with this pirate idk i do oc's but with other ones cause cannon oc paring to me are just stupid no offense.

With me, it's like I want to know what makes certain characters tick. What kind of life did that character have before/after what happens in the movie? What type of adventures did they have? etc...

Thank you! This is one of these drawings where I am drawing directly with the Sharpie pen and not drawing with a pencil first. See, usually I do the drawing in pencil and can erase any mistakes that happen...
But I read where people do drawings in pen and, well, I just couldn't resist giving it a try. It is kind of tough because you have to make sure to keep your pen from sitting too long in one spot, otherwise it leaves a bit of a splotch. @__@
