Boodini is a highly skilled magician, well known throughout the mushroom kingdom. he enjoys putting on affordable magic shows to everyone, and delights in the cheer of the crowd.

Boodini has a deep-rooted patriotism for the mushroom kingdom, and admires princess peach above all else. when Boodini learns of Princess peach's (yet again) capture, he demands that Mario take him along so that he may do his part for princess and country.
