I'm not gonna ask how you do it.
I'm just gonna be jealous, ogling at that awesome work, and muttering: "If I JUST can be at this level right now...."

I agree with some of the other commentors : This is a beautiful piece but it's pulling a classic butt-boobs twist that's not anatomically possible. Her right and left shoulders are clearly about profile but her bust is approaching a 3/4ths perspective. Aerith seems to be suffering some serious spinal damage.

Since this was followed up by a number of other artists who seemed to agree posting me messages privately, I figured I'd come back and answer this:
Offering an art criticism is not an insult, it's a natural part of developing as an artist. Ask any professional how often their art has been torn apart on technicalities and odds are they will have war stories for you. I personally really like this piece. That doesn't make it anatomically correct. The issue here isn't how the character is designed unless you're suggesting that Aerith's species is so different from humans that they have a spine allowing some pretty interesting rotation mechanics.
Time to break out the Fair Use : Educational art derivatives and take this to the chalkboard:Β

In the image above you will find notes that outline exactly why this is not anatomically possible. Some highlights include that the left shoulder is set far behind the left breast and the upper back is nearly flat. She cannot have her left breast that far forward without a shoulder stacked to support it or a twist in her spine that would have pulled the right shoulder further back. Additionally, the lower back is clearly visible, but so is most of her bust. That's not possible unless the area inbetween is pulling a nearly 90 degree twist as they are on opposite sides of the body.
ArtGerm is clearly good enough at detail work that he or she does a wonderful job of building a rich piece that distracts from these anatomical issues but make no mistake, they are there. I apologize to ArtGerm about returning to this criticsm, as it is more directed at KrysiasKoloringBook and others who don't seem to understand this classic anatomy faux pas that comic books have made very, very popular through intentional use.

This would be right if the shoulders were rigidly connected to the spine.
But as that isn't the case...
You should probably try to reconstruct the pose with your own body before posting.
One actually can move their shoulders seperately of each other.

So it wouldn't win an anatomy challenge...the man still knows what he is doing.
