I know you use the Pencil in Painter to do your lines, but which pencil, and with what settings? I just spent an hour in painter and couldn't find anything that looked as real as what you're using here.

I like the way you did her eyes. I guess that's the thing I really pay attention to...anyhow, I like them. As to the rest, I especially like her clothing. Very cute.

what kind of scanner do you have? this resolution is just..wow. When I scan I have to do lots of changes on brightness and contrasts in order to see the lines...--_--

Your line art is very lovely, I'll probably take a crack at it one of these days. What kind of scanner do you use to bring your drawings to the digital world? I'm looking at purchasing a new scanner, so I'm looking for recommendations from fellow artists. Are you able to scan drawings larger than 9x12?
By the way, I have my eye on "double happiness." ^_~

DAMMIT!!! I was about to finish pepper. i already saved it in Painter...but then my PC lagged...now, it's gone!!! i mean literally! so i have to color it again!!! grrr...i hate this my PC!!!
