You cant sell characters copyrighted, and you cant make a competition for peoples and color yourself.
Doing so deceive people only for money and views.
You're a good artist?Do personal work and not speculate on the word "fan art".

artgem can sell it bc its an artists remix/ rendering of a copyrighted character, its completely legal * ill add the actual thing that they call it when i remember it *

No, is legal only if in "de minimis".
Fanart for sale is illegal always, and many artist make a "nude version" as Sakimichan, double illegal.
But this does not matter,decide the owners if use the law or not.
The annoying thing is that these "artists (?)" speculate over the word "FanArt" for money and views, attracting many ingenuous guys.
Korean and Chinese have made an industry of this....

Hi
Saw in your stream that you were using painter, and I was wandering, do you have any tips for learning the program, maybe a online class or is it learning by doing or Youtube tutorials??
I have be using painter 12.. I think the last year and a half, maybe two, and I feel I'm stock in some way. I have tried verius techniques for coloring, but there's always some sort of struggle that I cant figure out.
