I was working near West Hollywood, on La Brea, when I looked down at the sidewalk and saw some graffiti. It said "Captain Baby". I thought, "What a great name for a superhero!" So when I got home, I started putting together this picture. I didn't want her (She was always a female in my mind) to have laser bolts or flight, or anything like that, so I thought I would look to marvel.com/universe/Taskmaster , but make her a good person.

I can't submit this to the Angel Falls group yet because I am still putting her backstory together. I am thinking her father was a captain on the AFPD before he retired. Mom was a gymnast. Middle class family, something like that. Her ability was something she was born with but always hid it. Just did well enough in sports to get a scholarship and go to school to practice law. Anyway, something like that.
