The harshest criticism I have -- most of the time, anyway -- of art like this is that it doesn't really capture a human expression in its attempting too rigidly to merely look like it "should." This, though, is quite the opposite; her slight smile and overall posititing are natural and lovely.

I am glad you posted this pic, I saw it on your website and wanted to comment. It really like it because you balanced her multiethic background really well and she came out really pretty but still cute. The only thing that looks a little weird to me is her ear. But I hate ears in general and hate drawing them even more.

Heh, I meant I hate them from a artisic point of view... I think sometimes than can make a figure appear dopey or less serious that you want... actually I think that is only a problem when I draw stuff haha. I just think they are hard to draw.
