Oh my gosh... That sakura tree is so beautiful! The time you must have spent on the individual blossoms... I envy your patience 
Blah! Here I am worshiping the flowers- and I haven't said anything about Byakuya himself! Nice to see him without the white... hair... thing... whatever it was... I dunno why, but that always lost him some attractive points on my scale.. But with it off- I'd say he rivals Renji in looks! But not Hitsugaya... Toushiro is on an entirely different level then those two.. *Glares about at those who challenge her opinion* But in all seriousness, Byakuya is amazing! I love the careful shading you took with his skin, and his eyes are gorgeous.. You did a beautiful job with the clothes as well ((though the white section on his lower left- our right- leg seems off..))- and you can draw feet.
