Description Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.

Apophysis 7X

Because (or should I say thanks to^^) of the apohpysis challenge #81 I'm into mobius yhese days... So here is my last creation : 2 mobius for the grains, 1 cylinder for the straws, and one linear for the background.

As this is my first contribution to aposhack , a special word to thank the team and artists for welcoming and inspiration.

If you tweak this please link to here it would be appreciated (and share with me also!)
Thanks for your fav and comments !

I too have to try this chaotica someday, but i'll have to sacrifice my hig res exigence.
That's interesting ; the luminosity and the balance between foreground and background are indeed hard to fix, maybe apohysis's one too dark, and chaotica's one too luminous ? i'll take some time for that.
Thanks for your share !

that was rendered with apo/flam3 compatible mode, and it seems to come out pretty similarly but i'm still finalising things in this mode.

Oh, I just realized you were the ~lyc from chaotica !

I also gave it a try, but it went all wrong...
- Apophysis seems to detect an older version although I downloaded the latest (0.35) (I had a dialog box, only once, telling the version was <0.3)
- transformation plugin post_mirror_y not rendered (present in plugin dir and succesfully loaded)
- the image is rendered like unzoomed
So I don't know.
Is there anything I missed ?

I'll keep on with apo native renderer for now...
Thank you

first thing is a bug with apo 7x15, second works with 0.4 (which i want to release this weekend) since all pre_ and post_ should hopefully work.
