This is completely different from the other version you showed me the other night! It's a nice surprise too!
I really think the bright yellow and blue have an inviting atmosphere and gives a friendly attitude. The layout is nice and easy to follow and find things.
I think it'd be good to use the Brown(?) text throughout the page instead of jumping to black on the right panel. I know it ties into the black links you have, but maybe changing those to the brown colour you have would help tie everything together.
I think you need a better shot of the t-shirts you're selling. I know you're trying to showcase the design, but the photo is confusing and comes off more abstract.
I checked out the live version and I really liked the biographies page. I was confused though on how to close the window. I then figured out how to close it. (It could just be my tiny screen that I use - so no worries).

The brown on the side didn't look very good, actually... on the white it looked more like a lighter brown and didn't feel right.
Not all the pages are done yet. Sometime this week I need to put up our Team Blog, Events, and Photos page so that people can see pictures we've taken. I also need to add a link for that header thing so that people can click in to find out more about the shirts, how to get them, and see some better photos.
