Personality: From birth Jazz Ragnar had always been speculated or acknowleged as a form of psycopath/sociopath, a sort of man who barely smiles, a always stern and cold face expression and despite bright eyes it could be mistaken for dark and intelligent, Jazz mostly had little interest in most normal things and always seeked something that is above most humans, thus his reason for joining the military, he found what he wanted but..he found it strictive being under the command of James Ironwood, despite always being there to help, after his betrayal Jazz would find himself considered a terrorist, a title he has taken some pride into but never showed it, but has found some sembleance of enjoyment in his "Career path", despite all this even Jazz has his flaws such as always fighting for himself being that despite having a whole army to back him up, seeing them more as expandables and has a tendency to be ruthless, going to whatever measures to get what he want.

Name meaning: The name Jazz Ragnar Raxx, has several meanings, Jazz could be derived from "Jazzamoon", a form of yellow, while Ragnar and Razz have the meanings Warrior and Rax meaning stretch after sleep, making it full form into "Yellow Warrior who stretches after sleep"

Jazz is loosely based on Ares, the God of war of Greek Mythology

Sembleance: UNDYING EVIL: Jazz has the power to manipulate his body to become mass darkness, while in darkness he cannot be hit traditionally and it needs him to return to his body to be hit properly or find other means to destroy him, however..should his body being incapaciated Jazz can risk it all and transform into darkness itself and transfer his soul into it.

Weapon: POLICY: A Machine gun that in case it rans into low bullets and they can transform into A Sniper rifle, and if REALLY Necessary it can split into two machetes

History: Jazz Ragnar Raxx was "Rotten Apple" of his family, a Rich Socialite family where he didn't have any interest in any of it, for most of his life Jazz would search for something to do in his life, something that "could be interesting", his best option was the Military and Atlas Academy, which he attended, Jazz would graduate without much issue, even being called a "Young genius" by Atlas Academy professors, however his true purpose was found in the Military, Jazz would move up the ranks quicks, proving his worth for being able to command with precision, and if needed stepping in himself and slaying grimm and other enemies in brutal and quick ways.

Jazz would work for several years alongside General Ironwood, as well as meeting Tyrian Watts and Pietro Pollandina, although admitelly he didn't much care for their feud, and but still helped out Ironwood in several projects, although sometimes coming off as cold and "Oddly specific" with most of his stuff, Jazz although..in truth growed frustrated with Ironwood, in his own reasoning seeing Ironwood as "wasting his power to in trivial subjects like people" , and that's when he decided...IRONWOOD NEEDED TO GO.

and Ironwood almost did die, in a classical way, where his coffee was poisoned, When Jazz, who was eventually found out, was discovered, not only did he openly admit to it..but then would go on a massacre, slaughterign thousands of robots, soldiers, and even going to mortally wound the Ace ops and newly appointed Junior Officer: Winter Schnee, before being finally forced to surrendered once surrounded and put in a cell for Death penalty...but..he escaped...

YEARS LATER however...a Terrorist army known as the "Red Snow" appeared on the East, conquering various villages and industriers with the objective of making a conquest of Atlas and eventually other kingdoms and executing any that stand against them, when questioned who sent them...The answer was...

"GENERAL JAZZ RAGNAR RAXX"
