Description
The Dryads are a kind of Fairy of Nature, they are creatures that are represented by forests, woods and especially trees. They are elemental spirits, having the form of a beautiful girl, and present within every oak tree. Their emergence is very... peculiar, since they are born from the moment a person plants a tree (more specifically an oak tree), and it is also said that the person who did this could acquire the company and friendship of the Dryad forever (since in theory those who would create this spirit would be people, thus, a type of Fairy that can arise naturally).
Because they are Fairies, Dryads are usually women, and their appearance is described as having green skin or made of tree trunks (especially oak), in addition to having hair from vines, grass, grass or vines. It is customary to describe abundant hair that floats over the shoulders in the wind. The head contains a wreath of oak leaves. The Dryads can take the form of a terrible monster, because the crowd believed that these fairies would go after those who harmed the trees under their guard, as a defense scheme, however, if even that didn't help and the tree it lived on was cut, causing his death, who would punish the goddesses.

When a Dryad had her tree cut down, she died with it, as it is as if the tree were the body of her spirit, and, after death, the fairy disappeared in the mist, however, there may be rare exceptions: the Dryad could also become another creature, known as Lararim, and this creature would haunt the one who had cut down his tree (punishment deserved for the lumberjack who did that).
