Janice: As confusing as his character can get sometimes, Thomas sure is a useful little character, which is why he’s relatable to children everywhere.

Heather: Thomas is a very useful little guy. He knows how to do most of his work, even if he makes mistakes at times, and he is willing to help his friends out if they need it. He may be cheeky, but his heart can be in the right place.
