haha, thanks! Heh, I get this question rather often. In my point of view, I see England as a pegasus due to his confidence and overall rebellious personality. And in my past experience in rping and writing comics I always found Arthur as an outcast to the Kirkland family, meaning all his brothers were unicorns like Gaul (who is my headcanon guardian for his bros), while Arthur was a pegasus like Britannia (who left him shortly after finding him). And uh heh I see his magic as a thing where he can do it even without a wand or in this case horn, cuz thats kinda just his special sparkle shit thing. Pfft also pegasi are cool
