Like I say, originally in this drawing Penny was going to wear the red bikini that she wear in the original Inspector Gadget cartoon, but that bikini it was so damn small for this thirteen years old girl.
And then Stephdumas was so kind to remind me about that cute red two pieces swimsuit that Penny wear in the Gadget & the Gadgetinis episode βWeekend at the beachβ, so I used that swimsuit as a base to create this swimsuit that fit perfect in my version of Penny.
Yeah, I know that this swimsuit still looks small, but not as small as the classic red bikini.
