Some months ago I put here this drawing of Penny in manga/anime version that I colored based in the colors of the classic Inspector Gadget cartoon, now I put here again this drawing with some major changes, I put on her a more anime like color and also I changed the shape and color of her eyes to make them a little more βlivelyβ. Finaly I added a background, I hope you all like it.

Sumptuous the colorization of the manga version of the Penny which has more charisma than the cartoon version, not to mention that it makes her much less childish modeled as well.
