When I found this scene (from Detective Conan Movie 16) originally was divided in three screenshots that show Ran’s legs, body and head, so I put the screenshots together in one only scene, but since Ran’s clothes and hair were “moving” in the original scene I redraw some elements (hair and the tree behind Ran).
Be the way, supposedly this was a “panty shot” scene of Ran, but sadly we don’t see a panty shot at all.
