The Flat-colored version of Evil/Insane Vivian!
... I actually finished it a couple days ago... But I was hoping that I'd at least get the shading and stuff done by today - but I was kinda distracted, thanks to that sketch of Neru I made, yesterday.
... And I didn't want to break my recent stride of submitting at least one deviation every day, so I decided "What the heck?" and posted the flat, here.
The completed version is still on it's way, though! ;3

The colored looks better! Nice color scheme! It fits her well and the fact that they are mostly dark makes her look even more evil than before xD
