Gallop racer 2006 is probably my favorite game... well mainly because you create youre own horse and choose its stats like speed position temperment. You can also change the color of your horse and add stockings and whatnot
if you ever see Gallop racer 2006 in a store its a really great game

I'll definitely have to try Gallop Racer, 'cause mine only lets you choose the parents and their colors. Otherwise the foal is completely random.
