Description William: Whydidyouhavetogosearchingforthisthing?!!?! Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Dipper: Runrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrun!
Shafer: *gasp* *gasp* *gasp* *gasp*

I got inspired by a song called "Swap Thing' by pegboard nerds and I thought to myself, "how would the trio react to the Gobblewonker?".
I think it's safe to say that this was bound to happen. Also Dipper is using the amulet to fly, by the way. He is not choking himself. :T

Also I thinking I'm going to dub this AU as the Enlighten!Falls. Since most of the story is based on how William earns back his wings while changing Dipper and the gangs lives.

Artwork and enlighten!au belongs to: ArtificeBlade
Dipper Pines, Bill Cipher, sShapeshifter, Gobblewonker and Gravity Falls belong to Alex Hirsch and Disney.

There is a lot that happening within this picture, one of which is at the time I hadn't come up with an alternate design for his "field work" attire and the other is because this event happens far into the future. I want to say this happens during the middle of the summer after a certain major event occurs.

And I have a feeling that certain major event contains lots and lots of sudden character development... That, or they somehow traveled to another dimension. XD
Either way I'm excited for it!

Haha it does and the same.
Right now I only just feel like I'm starting to get to some of the good parts of my story, but there is still so much more I have to develop and tell before I get to the REALLY good stuff.

XD I know what you mean. I myself have an AU for Bill, (though my art and idea is nowhere near as good as yours) but I want to develope my characters first before I reveal anything super big.

That's awesome!
I'm sure your ideas are amazing and I wouldn't worry too much about skill. I mean, if you had noticed my art only really started to get better after starting the comic. If it's any motivation, once you have your characters and story mostly developed, to try and start drawing it out. It may not look exactly the way you want it but as long as you put forth your best and push through that awful artist block that happens when you get to a slow point in the story, you'll get there in no time. Heck you could even get better than me.

Haha, whoops, sorry I got on my soap box there for a moment. I tend to ramble on about stuff like this.

That's okay! I tend to ramble too.
But yeah, I have the storyline pretty much figured out and everything, I just need to draw/write it out. I was just introduced to cartooning like, last summer. So yeah, my cartooning skills are just beginning to form.
But thanks for the advice though. I appreciate it. : )

You're very welcome. c:
That's awesome and best of luck to you!
I don't think I was ever properly introduced into comic make or drawing in general. Most of it was self taught while taking some classes during school.

Yeah. The way I was introduced was when (as nerdy as it sounds) was when Phineas and Ferb ended. I went on a huge fan streak and got super excited. And when that happens, I do research. Lots and lots of research. So while researching I discovered something called fanfiction and Fanart, both of which I had never heard of before 'cause I didn't spend a lot of time on the Internet at the time. Then when I discovered Fanart I spent the summer self teaching myself and then joining some cartooning classes during the school year. Before that, I didn't really consider cartooning an 'art', per say, but now I do. XD

Very interesting. c: Though I was too old that I missed watching that series as a kid. I had more of the Tom and Jerry, Teen Titans (the older/better series in my opinion), Avatar the Last Airbender, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Two Angry Beavers, Powerpuff Girls (the original series), CatDog, etc. etc.

I, myself, started back almost 9-10 years ago. It was the year I moved for the first time and only time of my life and being shy I hadn't made friends yet. One day on the playground and I just so happen to be drawing out of boredom when a girl notice me drawing and offered to show her work. Soon after that we've became buddies, trying to both best and help each other to become better at the art form. I soon learned about manga and started to pick up on the art style used for the Kingdom Hearts manga and then a few years later I picked up on Sonic for the longest time till I was in 9th grade. After which I just tried developing my own style and stories while still basing it off of manga. I also found new friend over the internet when I started college and began working on thumbnails and banners for them. And it wasn't until really last year when I picked up on Gravity Falls and fell into the BillDip and Pinescone ships that I started to really find my true art style that I'm still working and developing. And working on this Enlighten Comic has really excelled me to be where I am now. This is only just a stepping stone for me to get where I want to be and hopefully one day soon I'll show off my real stuff and be known for that than my fan works. Which there is nothing wrong with being know for fanworks but I would be preferred to be known of something I've made and not just for art I've made in appreciation of someone else.

Haha, it's understandable why you might not have thought that. Typically art is thought of as a more formal thing. But in reality, art is all around us. Art is one of the most prominent part of our lives that it's so easily overlooked and under appreciated. It's probably one of the most defining things that make us human, whether it's literature, music, plays, movies, picture art, etc etc. It's what make things more homely and comfortable, breaks through cultural barriers and teaches us new things. Heck if we didn't make art, we would be living in a cut dry place with little creativity going around. Boring, if you ask me, haha.

Aaaaaaaaaand there I go again, haha.

XD you're lucky you just moved once. And that you made friends that quickly. I moved like... Four times? Yeah, I think four. I lived here for about three and a half years, and I'm just barely making good friends.
And Avatar the Last Airbender??? Dude, that show was my life growing up. And Courage the Cowardly Dog. I lived those shows as a kid. But I must say, I never heard of Two Angry Beavers, or CatDog. Those two are new to me.
Before I did cartooning, I tried to do realistic art. And any attempts at people failed miserably. I can hardly look at my old pictures. But then again, I WAS still little. But cartooning improved my art in ways you can't even imagine. XD I just wished I learned about it sooner. I thought to be good at art you needed to do things realistically, 'cause that's the only way my teacher taught us. But now that's the only way I draw.
