Entry for a quick art challenge (blitzkrieg) with 40k theme. Pretty quick and dirty (for me at least), but turned out ok.Related content

Personally, this is my favorite painting/drawing on Deviantart of a basic Raptor. The motion's dynamic, the classic Raptor helmet looks flawless, and just that tiny glint of the auspex of the eye sells it.

Thanks! Looking back, I can see quite a few errors on it, but I'm still pretty pleased with the overall motion of the drawing.

It looks like a great snapshot of the Raptor at the tail end of a swipe with the chainsword. Captures the movement really well. The only error I can see is the left arm looks a bit static.
Maybe a pic in the future with a full view of the Raptor with his left arm dramatically raised and pointing to his back so it looks like he's trying to balance his weight?

Shouldn't the motor-crossguard of the chainsword be more evident, even from that angle? 
We can only hope that the plastic raptor kit will look half as good as this.
