I can't believe i'm actually getting these done! Heh >_>; Yes from the latest Bleach Chapter, 312. I've liked Nel since she first came out, she's one of my favorite characters from Bleach. Photoshop 7.I used a Cloud brush for the BG, but I can't remember where I got it. If you know it's yours please tell me I will give you credit. I just can't remember where I got it from. ^_^;
